Clarissa has always been interested in what makes one saddle fit a particular horse and not another. After years of “unofficial” fitting of client saddles with tracings, experience, and knowledge, she is excited to branch out and get formal training under the guidance of Täkt Saddlery.

Clarissa has had the opportunity to train with renowned saddle fitter Lindsay Jackowiak and is now working on case studies and getting experience in the field. Clarissa is seeking additional schooling within the PNW and will be furthering her education with the north american saddlery school and the Society of Master Saddlers in England.
